This is a guide for those who are planning to get suspended by us, thinking about it, or coming to support a friend.

Normally we like to take a bit of time before the suspension to sit together, talk with you about every single detail and give you all the information needed. In the meantime, here you can find all the general guidelines.

Private suspension means for us that it is YOUR special moment. We will do anything to give you the best experience.

We’d rather not have so many people around, in order to preserve privacy, intimacy and concentration. You can arrange to bring one or two friends to support you and watch, but please inform us first. Maybe one of them can take pictures if you would like that, please do not take any photo unless given prior permission.

Please ask them to read this guide, and abide by the rules.

In case it is your first suspension normally we suggest two hooks in the back (so called “Suicide Suspension”), this position is on average the easiest and most comfortable.
